Fail of the Week – A Tribute to Laziness

From the source of all truth, Wikipedia:

Laziness (also called indolence) is a disinclination to activity or exertion despite having the ability to do so. It is often used as a pejorative; related terms for a person seen to be lazy include couch potatoslacker, and bludger. Feelings of laziness may be a symptom of mental illness, or a medical condition. Chronic laziness may be an underlying psychological condition.

One of the seven deadly sins in Catholic thought is sloth, which is often defined as spiritual and/or physical apathy or laziness. Sloth is recommended against in the Epistle to the Hebrews (Hebrews 6:12), and associated with wickedness in one of the parables of Jesus in the Gospel of Matthew (Matthew 25:26). In the Wisdom books of Proverbs and Ecclesiastes, it is stated that laziness can lead to poverty (Proverbs 10:4Ecclesiastes 10:18). According to Peter Binsfeld‘s Binsfeld’s Classification of Demons, the demon Belphegor is thought to be its chief demon.

Wotta country!

Lazy yes, but also…I seem to recall that there just might be a type of toilet where you can actually sit down.

“I’m gonna get such a good workout on the Stairmaster today!”

I’m pretty sure this road is located in Townville.

Because sometimes you just feel like getting out of the lighthouse and going  for a very very short drive.

And finally, a motivational poster for all of us:

And just for the record, it wasn’t laziness that caused this FOTW to be a day late, it was the lack of a decent internet connection.

Yeah, that’s it.
